I had a lovely time at the resort, surrounded by tranquil beauty and lots of activities. The setting is simply stunning, and the peaceful ambiance really helped me unwind. However, there were issues with service that dampened my experience, particularly during dining. In contrast, the rooms are comfortable but could definitely use some updates. Overall, it’s a place that offers a nice escape, but it’s not without its flaws.

The rooms were comfortable, but I noticed the bathrooms could use some renovation. The staff made my stay even more enjoyable with their welcoming nature. Although the food was impressive, I wish there was better Wi-Fi coverage. Overall, it was a delightful experience that I would love to repeat.

My stay at Troutbeck Hotel was overall very pleasant with beautiful manicured gardens and a fantastic culinary experience. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a serene view each time I looked out the window. However, the outdated state of the bathroom was a letdown. While the staff was incredibly professional and attentive during our group visit, renovations especially in the bathroom areas could make the experience even better.
